Our digitally printed 20 mil plastic offers a durable, eye-catching alternative to paper for a wide range of products, from business cards (3.5” x 2”) to larger sizes up to 17” x 11”. Custom trimming is also available for more flexible sizing. This option comes in full color and can be printed double-sided, ensuring your message stands out. For a polished finish, choose between 1/8” or 1/4” rounded corners (rounded corners required).

We recommend using a 3.5” x 4.25” size for name badges. To make this product more versatile, we suggest printing individual names on clear Avery labels and attaching them to both sides of the badge. Then, apply another clear label on top to prevent ink from smearing. This method is cost-effective and allows you to add new team members without the expense of printing names directly on the plastic.
Since these badges come as complete cards, you’ll need a lanyard punch to create a hole for attaching the lanyard. For the lanyards themselves (the part worn around the neck), we suggest opting for ones with a breakaway feature. This is especially useful for those working in children’s ministry, providing added safety and convenience.
